This month we’ve paired up with Tanner Goods to create a Czech Pilsner that pairs perfectly with these days of summer.
ABV: 5.2% IBU: 30 SRM: 4
Good Days is brewed in collaboration with Tanner Goods to celebrate their 15th anniversary. Much like the leather goods they produce, the Czech Pilsner was a style built to withstand the test of time.
This historical style put its own stamp on the classic pilsner. A rich, complex malt profile built on Bohemian malt holds up against the pronounced bitterness. Saaz hops are used throughout the beer to bring spicy, floral notes that only this distinct hop can manage.
The two halves balance each other to make for a well constructed, refreshing yet sturdy lager.
