Level Beer
Name: Slough Slayer / Style: DH Golden Ale / ABV: 5.1%
Short Description: This is a beer we made for Earth Day to benefit CSWC (Columbia Slough Watershed Council) and Friends of Trees. It's basically a Golden Ale with a small dry hop in the cask. We used Pure Idaho malt as the base which uses less water during the malting process, also the Cascade and Amarillo hops are both Salmon Safe. Cheers to the planet!
