Crown & Anchor is our clean and crisp cream ale. We used a combination of English base malts and flaked corn to make this beer extremely smooth, light bodied, and quaffable.
While the cream ale has its origins in the US, we switched up the game plan to brew it with all English ingredients, a nod to the “Cream of Manchester”. So delicious you’ll swear it disappeared right in front of your eyes.
The name and can design are inspired by… you guessed it… Ted Lasso! The Crown and Anchor is the pub that Ted enjoys pints at throughout the season, and the can nods to the AFC Richmond kit.
